Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best recognized for her strong but fragile characters. Linney was raised in a theatre family her father was the playwright and writer Romulus Linney. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. In 1990, she began in her Broadway career. The audience praised her for the two shows Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
